2. Payment security

Willow & Rose London does not store your complete payment card details on its own servers.
Payment transactions may be subject to security checks, fraud-prevention screening and authorisation by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
3. Payment processing
Orders will only be accepted and processed once payment has been completed successfully and in full.
Where a payment is declined, cancelled or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.
In certain cases, your bank or payment provider may temporarily reserve an amount while a transaction is being authorised. We do not control how quickly such temporary reservations are released.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges. These charges are determined by the relevant provider and are not charged by Willow & Rose London.
5. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, the amount will normally be returned using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law. Once a refund has been issued by us, it may take several working days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by law, refunds will be issued within the applicable statutory period.
6. Suspected fraud and payment verification
We reserve the right to carry out additional checks or request further information where a payment appears unusual or may involve fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
An order may be delayed, refused or cancelled where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, Willow & Rose London or the payment provider.
